Great Rissington Parish is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the North Cotswolds. Set on the western side of Rissington Hill and surrounded by farmland and open countryside, the village has sweeping views of the Windrush valley between Bourton-on –the-Water and Burford. It comprises some 350 people, 150 houses, a primary school, an active sports and social club, a 12th century church and an Inn.
